FAQ's

Here is where you'll find any info you might need about our services and policies

How do I prepare for a facial appointment?

Please stop use of all exfoliants, topical prescription meds, and retinols 5-7 days prior to your facial. If you've received botox or facial filler, please wait 3 weeks before coming in for a facial. For guidance on any other cosmetic treatments, please contact the provider.  Bringing a hat with you to protect your face from the sun post treatment is highly recommended. Especially for facials that use Microcurrent technology (The Signature and The Lift) it is important to be well hydrated and avoid alcohol consumption prior to and after your facial for best results. Plan to avoid any sweaty activities for 24 hours after.

How do I prepare for my brow or face waxing appointment?

Please stop use of all retinols, acids, exfoliants 5-7 days before your service. If not, tweezing will be done rather than waxing (for eyebrows. for other facial areas, the service will need to be rescheduled). It is best to arrive with no brow makeup on. Plan to avoid any sweaty activities for 24 hours after.

How do I prepare for my bikini/body waxing appointment?

To get the best wax, make sure your hair is at least1/4 an inch long (about the length of a grain of rice!). If you've been shaving, it's best to let the hair grow for 2-3 weeks before your wax. Plan to avoid any sweaty activities for 24 hours after.

What is your cancellation policy?

Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled after the 24 hour period will incur a fee of 50% of the services booked. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.
